Harbour Hotel & Spa Brighton

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond when we mentioned a less, than, desirable view from our room and offered us an alternative. the bar had a great atmosphere and the decor was stylish and modern. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location , it was conveniently located right across from the beach and just a short stroll away from the town.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing. On both occasions that we visited a Harbour Hotel, the jacuzzi was out of use or being refilled during the busiest times of the day.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the spa. The hotel facilities, especially the spa, were fantastic and very relaxing. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach and all the amenities we needed. We were thrilled that the hotel was right next to the largest nightclub in the city.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a lively nightclub, making it a great choice for those who enjoy the nightlife. It is also situated near the center of town, allowing for easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. the hotel offers stunning views of the seafront, providing a picturesque backdrop for guests. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with spacious bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious, offering a wide selection of options. Guests can also take advantage of the spa facilities, including the pool and sauna.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel. Some guests have mentioned that the size of the rooms can be a bit small, not meeting their expectations.

We had an amazing stay here. The location of this place is unbeatable as it is right on the sea front. Despite the lively nightclub opposite, we still had a good sleep as the room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The service exceeded our expectations as the staff were very accommodating and gave excellent customer service, particularly the evening receptionist who helped us to find our room. The amenities such as the leisure spa & wellness centre were top-notch, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and treatment rooms.

The staff did not seem to know the availability of their services, which was slightly frustrating. Despite this, we would still recommend this hotel to everyone because of the wonderful amenities including the spa.

During my recent stay at Brighton Harbour Hotel, I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right by the pier and with stunning seafront views. The contemporary style and ambiance of the hotel created a great atmosphere. The staff at reception and in the bar were amazing - friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

Despite a minor inconvenience of the room being small, the bathroom facilities were good and met my needs. The shower had good water pressure, although it did flood slightly due to a partially blocked drain.

Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, brilliant shower, great overall room, quirky and interesting decor throughout the hotel.

Nothing, no complaints at all.
